Shipping Policy

All orders from OverInking Studio are packed and shipped by me personally from my studio. I take a lot of care in packaging each order so your artwork arrives safely.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During busy periods, product launches, or studio events, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been sent.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through USPS unless otherwise noted. Shipping options and pricing are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship, depending on USPS transit times.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times vary widely depending on location and customs processing.

Please note:

• Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.

• OverInking is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Packaging

Prints are carefully packaged in protective sleeves and rigid mailers to prevent bending or damage during transit.

Original artwork may ship in additional protective packaging depending on the piece.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is unfortunately outside of my control. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will do my best to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout cannot always be recovered.
